PET BUTLER RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept return merchandise for exchange or credit. The merchandise must be returned in new condition, not used, and must be received back in good condition. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer, unless the return was the fault of an error by Pet Butler Company. We must be contacted for return authorization within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.Merchandise returned for credit only will be assessed a restocking fee of $7.00 or 25%, whichever is greater, and shipping will not be credited, only the purchase price of the merchandise.
Merchandise received for exchange will be exchanged with no restock fee assessed. We will reship the merchandise adjusting any price difference and new shipping will be charged.
Any merchandise damaged in transit to the customer will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
